Registration information and Conference badge

Conference badge

Please wear your badge at all times during the conference, welcome reception and dinner. It gives you access to all activities for which you have registered. For replacement of lost badges or other badge-related matters, visit the EPH Conference Registration Desk.

Front:

On the front of your badge you will see coloured boxes which correspond to access on different conference days. When a box is not coloured, no access is allowed that day.

Benefits

The registration fee includes Conference Bag, online access to the Abstract Supplement of the European Journal of Public Health, printed Programme Book on request, buffet lunches and refreshments, Welcome Reception (there is a small fee for partners) and other benefits.

No registration deadlines

Online registration does not close, but payment should be made before the start of the conference. Delegates registering after 12 November (00.00 CET) will not be included in the List of Delegates.
Onsite registration in Ljubljana is possible with payment by PayPal and no longer by bank transfer or cash payment.

Student registration

Students full-time enrolled in a college or university can register as a student for the reduced early career rate. Proof of status from the Registrar's office verifying full-time status is required to process your application.

Part-time students, post doctoral and PhD candidates with an income, and others that cannot meet the above requirements are NOT eligible for the discounted student rate.

If you register as a student, please send proof of your student status to the EPH Conference Office.

Pre-conference registration

If you wish to attend a pre-conference you have to be registered. Pre-conferences have to be paid for: half day between € 20 and € 70 (depending on external funding), full day € 140. Network buffet lunches are always included. Registration fees are indicated on the pre-conference pages and in the registration panel.

Pre-conferences can also be added to your registration after you have already registered. You can do so by logging into your account and updating your registration. You will receive an adjusted invoice by email.

If you wish to attend a pre-conference, but not the main conference, please use the online registration and click: 'pre-conference only' to register.

Conference dinner

The Conference Dinner and Dance can be booked at an additional charge or € 65 incl. VAT. There is also the opportunity to register for the Conference Dance (without the Dinner) at a charge of € 15.

Welcome reception

The Welcome Reception is free of charge but registration is required. If you would like to register a partner there is an additional charge of € 15 incl. VAT. Please note that there are limited places available, so full is full.

Changes in your registration

If you wish to change your registration, please contact EPH Conference Office to have the change made.

Cancellation charges

If you wish to cancel your registration, even if it has not been paid for, please send notice to the EPH Conference Office.
